Student charged with sex abuse and kidnapping

AP) _ A 17-YEAR-OLD TREYNOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH THIRD-DEGREE SEX ABUSE AND KIDNAPPING IN CONNECTION WITH TWO INCIDENTS LAST NOVEMBER.

 THE TEEN IS ACCUSED IN COURT DOCUMENTS OF REMOVING ONE VICTIM'S CLOTHES AND FONDLING HER AND REFUSING TO ALLOW HER TO LEAVE HIS PICKUP TRUCK. IN A SECOND CASE HE ALLEGEDLY TRIED TO TEAR OFF ANOTHER GIRL'S UNDERWEAR.

TREYNOR SCHOOL OFFICIALS SAY THE TEENAGER IS A SENIOR AT THE SCHOOL AND HE HAS BEEN PLACED IN AN ALTERNATIVE EDUCATION PROGRAM.

ONLINE COURT RECORDS INDICATE THE TEEN HAS A COURT APPEARANCE SET FOR SEPT. 3 AND A TRIAL DATE SET FOR OCT. 29.
